Further to the Company’s announcement dated 27 October 2009, Nylex (Malaysia) Berhad wishes to announce that the Members’ Voluntary Liquidation of its subsidiary company, PT Indomalay Ekatana Roofing Industries have been completed on 31 May 2011 upon receipt of the decision letter of cancellation of Taxpayer Identification Number dated 30 May 2011 from the Director General of Taxation, Indonesia. The said decision letter was received by the Company on 8 June 2011.
