Further to the Company's announcement dated 13 December 2010 on the payment of final dividend by way of distribution of one (1) treasury share for every thirty-two (32) existing ordinary shares of RM1.00 each held in the Company, fraction of a treasury share to be disregarded, for the financial year ended 31 May 2010 ("Share Dividend"), Nylex is pleased to announce that a total of 5,888,499 treasury shares have been credited into the respective CDS Accounts of the entitled shareholders today.
