We refer to our circular issued on 29 October 2008 and the shareholders’ mandate for RRPT obtained on 20 November 2008.

The shareholders’ mandate included the following transaction:

For the period from 21 November 2008 to 30 September 2009, the actual expenses incurred amounted to RM3,017,341, representing a deviation of 13.9% between the estimated and actual RRPT value.

The reasons for the deviation are as follows:

1) increase in transport rates due to increase in fuel prices; and
2) increase in domestic sales volume by more than 10%.
