Remarks :
Subject to the approval of the Company's shareholders at the forthcoming annual general meeting, the Directors are recommending a final dividend in the form of distribution of one (1) treasury share for every thirty-two (32) existing ordinary shares of RM1.00 each held, fraction of a treasury share is to be disregarded.
In the last financial year, the Company declared a final dividend in the form of distribution of one (1) treasury share for every sixty (60) existing ordinary shares of RM1.00 each held, of which fraction of a treasury share is to be disregarded.
